Initial Consultation

If you would like to discuss any aspect of your pet’s travel needs, we offer ‘export advice’ telephone or video consultations with one of our expert Official Veterinarians. During this call, we can advise you on the specific requirements for your pet’s travel, depending upon your destination.

Export advice telephone/video consultations are charged at £60 GBP, and payment can be made at the time of the call.

Animal Inspection and Export Certification

Once we have discussed your particular needs, we can provide a quote for our services, which include a home visit to inspect the animal and issue the relevant export paperwork (which may include animal health certifications (AHC), export health certificates (EHC), and ‘fit-to-fly’ certificates). Depending upon the destination country, animal inspections are usually required anywhere between 10 days and 24 hours prior to departure. Please be aware we are only able to provide home visits within the London area.
